    Morning guzzlers,

Up to watch the Rugby this morning and not sure who I want to win, probably the Welsh as they deserve it with the excellent way they've played though out this world cup but I'm not sure I could stand my welsh colleagues if they got to the final and one of my wife's French friends was ribbing me about last week in Oxford last night.

Laters I'm going for a run and maybe the gym.

    Thats all folks!

Good Lord no...try not to drool though.

My day consists of a few hours of work, Liverpool v Man U, a few half finished jobs to finish and prep the bike for a early morning blast tomorrow.

    Enjoy

18 = legal so I see no problem whatsoever  It's one of the benefits ofhaving neices.

Today is playing Dad's taxi and trying get the scrape marks off my car that some complete twunt left yesterday when it was parked on the road for a while. I'm looking out for a white car with bits of black paint on on it and there will be trouble if I spot it

So jealous of you right now.

In uni, working, it sucks but it has to be done. Boiler in the flat still isn't working either, the cold shower hasn't made my day any better so far. There is a film crew wandering around here though for some reason, may go and investigate what they're up to in a minute.

  • Today I am off up to the Skipton area to pay an old friend a visit.
Quite a long trip, but it's a day out and the weather's good. Wish I knew some routes out that way, I'd lug one of the bikes along and get a ride in

I guess my weekend ride is postponed until tomorrow..

Afternoon all, drinking loads of water today and then tonight is carb loading, massive pasta meal will see me right for the cardiff half tomorrow.

Cleaned the car out after last weeks petrol leak in the boot, finally smells clean, the joys of febreeze!

So the welsh lost, i dislike the welsh and french rugby in equal measures so not really that bothered.

Liverpool look like they are going to draw at anfield against the scum, but better than a loss!

Just to rub it in even more, the conditions on the Monkey were perfect. Stile Cop was even better, though. I absolutely love the top section of the red run, I nailed every drop/jump on it and had an absolute whale of a time. On all the drops you can take off as much as you like, needless to say that I neded up riding completely balls out and barely used the brakes. :D
