Formula R1 stuck down piston

Hello.
I have a R1 level paired with the RX caliper that came on my zesty. The piston in the lever is sticking down some times causing the brake to become ineffective as the lever is no longer pushing fluid down the line.
It can be temporarily fixed by pushing the pistons in the caliper back in. I was wondering if a bleed or a bleed and service would fix this or does it require sending back to the Bike shop for warranty repair? Thanks
