From this i would say it is... Well it dose not fit my fit.....
From my bikes website "ISCG-05 Standard
Originally introduced as a feature for chain guides, the ISCG socket on the Nerve AM is compatible with the innovative Hammerschmidt cranks."0 -
Top is ISCG (old)I don't do smileys.

and your bike is a?and what actually turned up.
Hammershmit will work with both standards."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

2011 Canyon Nerve AM
the bottow one.
That is canyon's own chain guide.
"The shiftable chain guide is compatible with 2 speed cranksets and the ISCG standard." i am guessing canyons are ISCG not ISCG-05.0 -

Use a ruler to measure and compare to the E13 guide you posted above?
How does it not fit? Holes not line up?0 -
Tom, just had a look in the pack I got with my Torque and there is an ISCG adapter spearate.
Its a black metal thing, I'll get a pic.0 -
It dose not fit as the holes are about 15mm out of place.
From usesing a ruler to measure the bottom one is ISCG-050 -

i am 99% sure i never got one of them. can not look for that now as its 11:30pm
but like i said i am 99% sure i did not get that0 -

Ok thanks dude. 2 e-amils sent and i will look for it tomorrow but i dont remember it. i hope the lack of sleep is adding to that and it will be there0

Otherwise SS are pretty reasonable, I'm sure they'll swap for the top one, even if you return it a day or two late.I don't do smileys.

No replay from canyon, ss said i got up to 14 days to get it back to them. i guess i will be asking to swap it was i do not have that plat that northen has0
-
Tom, have you measured the tabs on the frame?
Do the measurements match to either ISCG standards?0 -
I dont have time to take the cranks off. but as far as i could tell the spacing from hole to hole was 40 odd mm. and the cup size was a 36 dd.... wait what we talking about .... it was about 50 mm.0
-
One issue is that is does not have ISCG mounts. The mounts it has are actually a narrower spacing than ISCG old. One call to canyon and Cullen is sorting me out with an adaptor so I can go single ring up front. Good customer service.
Looks like you need the adapter mate.0 -
Just seen your fb dude.
Was afk sorry.
Well I well re-mail him and ask him for one to be sent.
Not sure why there site boast about the bikes having ISCG-05 tabs when they do not :?
Thanks for the great work ben.0
