i have recently bought a new.alfine 8 speed. twice now on as nany weeks when i have been pulling away hard in a big gearithas slipped and makes a hell of a clunk. is this normal? Any idras? Otherwise its perfect. thanks[/i]

sounds like the cable tension needs resetting.
