just curiouse about sizing cause imin need of a new pair and ive heard that with shimano spd/sl you go a size larger for fit is that the same for all spds and spd sl or is it just shimano? as im looking to buy from ebay so trying in shop is no realistic option
road- Trek 1000
XC trail anthem X4
school and shops- orange P7 single speed

  • Always one size up in Shimano for me,in both road and mtb shoes.
    Specialized shoes the same size as normal.

    I normally wear Euro 43 for casual shoes. I purchased some Shimano X-C SPD shoes and Shimano flat soled shoes (AM41) and in both cases I had to go up to a 44.
