Cable protector O rings

Just got a bike built up and there's no o rings on the cable running under the top tube. Personally I like having some there, so wondered if anyone knew of a manufacturer of ready split ones, that will slide on to the cable?
If not I'll just take a knife to some normal o rings, as I don't really want to take the cable out.

    Cut through the normal ones with a scalpel and glue them on with Superglue - it'll stop them slipping down too.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
