Creaking pinch bolts and unfaced BB shell

I've just put some new cranks on my singlespeed, and the pinch bolts on the non-drive side arm are creaking/clicking really annoyingly. They're correctly torqued and well greased. If I take them out and put them back in again they're fine for a few miles and then start sounding off again.

While changing the BB bearings I noticed the frame isn't faced. I'm wondering if this could be the cause- any thoughts, or is this bobbins?

Try a squirt of oil between the outside of the bearings and the inside of the crank faces.
It may not be a pinch bolt problem.
