Having recently purchased some Look Keo pedals I'm interested to know how long the cleats last roughly as they're already starting to look a bit battered.

Depends on how much walking around you do in them..Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Look cleats ? About a 100metres of outdoors walking seems enough to cream cracker them. Ker-ching!!
Always use those cleat covers that all the usual suspects sell; even when just, for example, changing a punctured tube.2011 Rose Pro-SL 3000 Roadbike

Keo cleats are rubbish. Look seem to have forgotten that cyclists have to get to or from their bikes....ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0

You can get cleat covers if you're worried about walking on them.0

Never had a problem with Look/Keo cleats, a cleat broke when i fell off once but thats about it and i've used them for years.
Maybe some folk go jogging or tap dancing in their cycling shoes, that'd shaft the cleats!0 -
