Turbo Trainer for 650c wheels

Thinking of getting one so am looking through some of the threads on here for recomendations.
However my bike only has 650c wheels so I wanted to ask. Are all turbo trainers adjustable so they can be used with 650c wheels or would I need to look out for specific models.

Not all take 650c - the likes of Elite make some with a frame design that pivots such that the distance between the wheel spindle and roller accommodates a range of wheel sizes:

I have a Minoura rim drive trainer. Bought it for my girlfriend as she has a kids racing bike as she is short
