Vision Trimax Cable routing

I am having real problems trying to get my cables through the bull horns on a set of Vision Trimax Aero bars. The bars are 2nd hand and have ni dings or anything.

I've tried looking at the Vision website, but the words choclate and teapot come to mind.

I've tried getting from both ends, putting a slight kink on the end of the outer, tried running the brake cable through (even that I can't get to route). Its the same for both sides!

Oh, trying to run Jagwire outers.

Any assistance/other tips greatly appreciated!

So another request out for help to see if I'm just being plain stupid, which of course could be a real possibility. My wife tells me all the time

So here's the bars along with the hardware I want to use:

I can get the Jagwire outer into the wing and to the guide hole, pictured here:

Now the blurb sayd these are meant to have internal routing, but when I shine light down the bull horn nothing peeped through. So I filled the bull horn with water and it didn't drain. To me there should be a hole that allows the cable to pass into the bullhorn?

I am getting a feeling these are a dud? If so can I do anything? I can't return them, as I bought them on eBay over 2 months ago.
