I am beginning to feel exasperated wit my Powertap. I just want to check the torque vaules are 512 but dont seem to be getting anywhere. I have done it in the past!!!

I hold mode and select down until

SEt
Edt
12345

Appears

Then select until the t flashes and hit mode

I then hit select repeatedly until 6 appears and the screen shows:
tSt
6m FSt
nnEnn

I press select button and the nnEnn is replaced with the word:
yes
But nothing more happens. I have left the wheel. I have spun the wheel. I have checked that the wheel is sending a signal to the CPU (2.4 Pro). I have tried two different wheels and two different CPUs . I have looked at the manual:
http://www.saris.com/pdfManuals/286.pdf

PLEASE HELP!!!!
I know a number near 512 should appear if all is well with it!!

Aaah, the LYC user interface. Is it just me, or is it odd that you have to press the "mode" button and not the "select" button when you want to select something?

I was almost glad when mine finally gave up the ghost!
