Maxxis Ikon tyre - has anyone tried it?

I wondered if anyone had tried this 'dark horse' of a tyre yet. Recommended?

Strada Wheels

We have a pair of Ikon EXOs running tubeless on some BOR-FRM XMD333 29er test wheels used by Ant White at the Kielder 100 last weekend. He said they were very fast in all conditions except the mud (he said the dry sections outweighed the mud so it was a good tyre choice).

The guys at my lbs have just switched over from the Crossmark's to the Ikon, they seem to really like them. Our trail s have been very dry here though ust recently.
