Which club in South Wales - need help choosing

Ive recently just moved to Newport South Wales and to help develop a social life and get riding more I want to join a club but I have no idea which one to join. So can anyone give me any advice on a nice club? Im looking for regular road rides, some TT or racing and maybe a club that has road and mtb sections for summer and winter.
