How about specifying which headset you've got...
You could measure them and buy some replacements from a bearing retailer... internal, external diameter an thickness is what you need. If they have rounded edges you might have troubles to find them though...
A complete change of headset won't lead to bankrupcy... 30 quid or soleft the forum March 20230 -

Would the Boardman not have a drop in integrated headset? So onlt able toi replace complete assembly?

"It is a semi-integrated design, the same as an FSA No 11. Halfords supply it in store on item code 265264"
£20 from Halfords. Less from others possibly.0
