Pedal / Cleat Stack Heights
Does anyone know what the difference is in stack height between Look KEO 2 and Time ROC ATAC pedals, or how to find out?
I have put the Time's on my Winter / Commuter and developed a posterior knee niggle and I am wondering if it could be a differnece in stack height as this is all I have changed (equivalent SIDI road shoes and MTB shoes so assuming all is the same there)
Thanks

look keo 2 15.7 mm http://www.trisports.com/look-keo-2-max-pedals.html
i think atac is over 18mm
wouldn't assume two different models of shoe have the same stack height
if the road shoes are a bit thinner then the total decrease could be enough to cause some problems, pain there can be due to overextension, which is what you'd be getting if the road pedal+shoe are significantly lower stack height
simplest thing is to try dropping the saddle 5mm
are you sure there's no nasty difference in fore-aft-side positioning or the floatmy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0
