I have the 1/2 watt one. I had a problem with water ingress on a particularly wet day - I don't have mudguards.
I dried it out, smeared vaseline around the seal, refitted it and haven't had any more problems. I probably haven't been out in such a wet day since, though I have been out in rain.0 -
I have the R1 on my TT bike and also a 7led one the same design, which has got wet.
The water pools in the switch (excellent design - not well sealed, water pools in switch...) so it all went rusty and required dismantling and cleaning-up.
I've smothered it in clingfilm, be surprised if it leaks now !
My Smart B'Spoke 1/2W rear is a different design to the Lunar 1/2w and hasn't leaked at all0 -
i had to spray wd40 into my switch area and now have gaffa tape around it and it seems finei need more bikes0

Was going to say, clingfilm secured by an elastic band works a treat. just remove it every so often to ensure no moisture is getting in0
