Sumo seatpost clamp issue

Hi,
I'm having some bother with the sumo clamp on my titanium seatpost. I'd like to adjust the angle of the saddle but once the bolt has been loosened off completely the damn thing wont budge!
The clamp had previously been torqued up the recommended value using a torque wrench. Any advice on what could have gone wrong and is there anything I can do to sort it out?
Thanks in advance!

Is this the same as my carbon one? I.e. a sort of cone fit affair?
I dobbed a bit of moly grease on the interfaces on mine before assembling it and it moves fairly easily once the screw's been loosened off.- - - - - - - - - -

Thanks Des
Yeah I think its exactly the same. Well I didnt lube it up before assembling it- d'oh! The post isnt old at all though. The cones seem to be stuck fast, and dont come off now when the bolt is removed - almost like theyve been overtorqued.
Any idea how I could get them off - I'm assuming that getting the cones off and re-assembling will mean it will adjust properly?

Oof. Try heating up some water in a saucepan and dipping the top of the post in for 30 seconds or so.
EDIT: If that doesn't work bung it in the freezer for 30 minutes.- - - - - - - - - -
