I would say a decent full sus is no harder to pedal0

Depends on what FS. I'll wager my Top Fuel is a hell of a lot easier to pedal than most LT hardtails...0

Depends on the trail.
I have both and love to ride both on exactly the same trails and certainly a well tuned FS wont be any harder to pedal than a hardtail.
I have found the hardtail has helped me focus more on my line choice which then seems to carry over into my FS rding making me generally smoother and quicker.0 -

If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.

Both.
I have a Giant Trance X 120mm travel full sus & a On-One Summer Season hardtail with 160mm forks. Both are great fun to ride but if I had to sell one then the Trance would have to go.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
it all depends on the Trail."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
