Sheared seatpin bolt
So, I've managed to shear off the seatpin bolt as you can see from the pictures below.

The bolt goes into the little black "nubbin" (ie the bit that secures the clamp in place) is the only word I can use to describe it! The seatpost is an old (c2006) specialized pave.

Does anyone know if these parts are readily available? The problem I am facing at the moment is that the other half of the bolt is stuck inside the black nubbin.

soak it in some plus gas and take it to a machine shop/engineers or your LBS they will get it out for you and it will be a standard thread bolt."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

It's a five year old seatpost. Buy a new one.0

I dont see how those two sentences relate. Is five years too old for a seatpost?! The one on my bike is at least seven years old and fine, as far as I can see. I can't imagine ever replacing it. Why would you replace something like that with no moving parts to wear out, if only a standard -cheap- fixing had failed?
I'd just replace the broken bolt as nicklouse described.0 -
I agree, certainly see if you can get it out, it will be worth it, but also a new seat post is always nice and you could always upgrade to a nice carbon one? Definitely soak in the gas and as it will lubricate it for easier removal, when was the last time you took out the screw as it may have bonded to the spines? Good luck!0
