Just finished a fully strip down service including new bearing set for all pivot points, new BB cups, new Clarks sintered pads, new chain and cassette, new gear cables and removed the granny ring on the front and set it up as a 2x9.
Never done a full service myself but with the help of the park big blue book 2 and a bit of common sense it has take. Me 1hr on Thursday to strip it and have the bearings pulled and then 2.5hrs tonight to rebuild including fitting all the bearings!
