What Shimano components can i group together

I am just about to start to purchase the gearing for a frame i have purchased, and realize i am slightly out of my depth on the components.
I want shifters on the down tube. Shimano sell a Dura Ace product that says it is compatable with all the 10 speed range. I want an Ultegra Front and Rear mech and a 105 triple crankset. Not to worried about the cassette because the triple should give me enough range.
When i look at the sites there are to many items and not enough advice. What are the restrictions? Can i do what i want?

Yes. You need a 10 speed cassette which will be 105, Ultegra or Dura Ace. Any shimano rear mech, any shimano road (triple) front mech and any crankset will work.Dolan Preffisio
