Hi there,

Not sure if this is the right section but just wondered if anyone had used Hotlines UK www.hotlines-uk.com as I'm looking to purchase something from them and I can't for the life of me see how you purchase anything from them.

Maybe I'm being daft but is it the case you just them as I can't see a checkout option on the site.

The other daft thing is I noticed that they are up my way on the outskirts of Edinburgh, so wondered if anyone from Edinburgh Way who have used them have just turned up at their warehouse.

Hope you can help?

Cheers

David

    Hi there,

From what I know, Hotlines are a trade only distributor and you will need to find one of their supporting dealers/resellers to purchase the products they distribute. They do have a reseller finder on the website.

they are a distributor not a retailer.

Was there no local bike shop in your part of town that had the item also? I know a few Edinburgh bike shops use Hotlines as their distributor.

Hotlines, Chain reaction, Nukeproof, Ragley are all part of the same company - I've not long found that out myself. They probably have other brands too.

    Hope this helps?

I had seen the product in a magazine yesterday, and it gave the phone number for Hotlines and the web address, never thought of looking at the bike shops.

rybu - Never knew that mate.
