Has anybody heard or bought anything from this site? They have some really good prices and spec packages, just a little nervous because I am not too familiar with the frames. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Not being in the US can't comment on that site, but as a general rule I won't buy from any site without a verifiable address and phone number.
    Might be on there somewhere, but if they are I couldn't find them.
    Also not sure about the law in the US but here if there is a problem with a component it's up to the seller to sort things out, see they want you to deal with each component manufacturer individually.
    Sounds like a PITA.

    bikesdirect are safe, loads of people on bikeforums and something awful's bike thread buy from there.
