i like downhill trails (not neccessarily racey), flowy, with not many jumps, but with drops, curves, and bumps. i like speed and keeping that speed as much as i can. i am not very fond of air time, but mostly of flowy speed.

i have tried a rocky mountain flatline 2009 model, i liked it a lot, i also tried a transition tr450, really nice feeling.

the lapierre seems very neat and tidy. i don't know about durability though. the suspension, from what i've heard, works immensely well. one user told me that it pedals like an am bike.

the mondraker is a beast. don't know much of durability either, but it seems bombproof. users told me that it descents and pedals really well. the ha can be adjusted till 65 degrees, which is a bonus.

Do you want a french bike otherwise test rides are the only way to truly decide.

i test rode them but can't decide.

a test ride is useful only if it's done in real dh conditions...

anyone that has ridden them in a dh track?
