Pke Coils locked out?

Hi,
I have done a search and can't seem to find anything on this.
My Pike coils seemed to have randomely seized open as if they have been locked out at full travel. I have played with the the compression lock out switch and it seems to have no effect. Basically they will not compress at all!
Anyone experienced this? The forks are just over a year old from brand new and they were fine a couple of days ago when I last rode. It seems to have literally happened overnight while the bike was stored away. Anyway, could it be a warranty job or am I looking at a full (expensive!) round trip to TF tuned?
