Q , which bike to buy for x £?
A, the one with the paint job that turns you on.

Q, which wheels to buy for x £?
A, round ones, the right size.

Q, which shoes to buy for x £ ?
A, ones that fit.

Q, which pedals to buy for x £ ?
A, depends on above.

Q, compact or standard?
A, depends if your a man or a woosey.

Q, which cassette do i need?
A, see above.

Q, why cant i go up hill like ?
A, take your clothes off and look in a mirror.

Q, am i quick enough to join a club?
A, probably but you`ll get your arse kicked.

Q, am i quick enough to race?
A, if you need to ask , you`ll get your arse kicked.

Q, ive just done x miles in x mins? how am i doing?
A, polite answer , thats not bad. the truth, if you enter a race ,you`ll get your arse kicked.

Q, do i need to shave my legs?
A, depends if you want to look like a cyclist or a pr**k.

    EDIT: You don't have to answer the questions beginers ask. Yeah, similar questions are asked everyday, but newcomers are starting cycling every day. If they all used the search button this forum would die. Let them ask, if you can't be arsed to answer, then don't.

    yes, that's the point of a forum, to ask questions. Otherwise the website would just publish one article, answering those questions, and not bother with a forum. It's about people's opinions and experiences
