Look Keo Classics - replacement bearings
Does anyone know what bearings are needed for a set of Look Keo Classics, approx 3 years old? I am asking for a friend, I haven't had the chance to look at them myself.
The right side pedal was creaking and crunching on a ride last weekend - he has since re-greased the innards and apparently they are better, but stiff and lumpy feeling. So, sounds like the bearings could do with replacing I guess - any ideas what he needs? I'm a Speedplay user so no idea what's in there!
