Ullrich returning would be as odious as Armstrong returning.Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0

What a boring comment,
and very different people, if your doping crusade were true to itself you wouldnt follow cycling at all0 -

So all the German sponsors who pulled out of the sport would suddenly return to support a team being run by Ullrich? Err...0 -

Not sure about that, wasn't he one of the reasons they left in the first place?0 -

What a boring comment,
I have to agree with BarryBonds - 'odious'....c'mon Ullrich didn't:
constantly state he was clean
abuse fellow riders who wanted to espouse the qualities of being clean
come across as an obnoxious jock
and finally...
lead the field in creating boring races
so no, not 'as odious''Do not compare your bike to others, for always there will be greater and lesser bikes'0 -
In a Hetro way; I really liked watching Ullrich doing a TT. One of the fastest looking Time Trialist ever, everything looked fast when he was all out; well, until LA caught him on a TDF Prologue; bloody Yank!
They even have this moment on Youtube!!!

Armstrong no finesse; choppy little pedal strokes...
As far an Ullrich comeback; he could be known as the Wundergrandad!!
The English word "Grandad" translates in to German as "Grandad"; ain't that handy!

I hope you mean me in that context as I do have Rose coloured spectecles on and I know Ullrich spent a fortune on hard core drugs. I liked him for his troubles and problems as well a his style on a TT bike.
Look at that chin in the 2nd photo!!
Before
After
Must admit I saw Jan poodling down a street on his own in Grenoble wearing his Yellow Jersey after his Tour Presentation before getting stuffed by Pantani the next day. Nevermind Jan; 2nd is better than last I guess.“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving”- Albert Einstein
