Someone makes a wish. The next person corrupts that wish, and makes one of their own.

it indeed stops raining and you head out on your bike, only to find you left you biking shoes out in the rain and as they are wetter than an otters pocket they wont dry in time to be comfortable and you end up with trenchfoot from having damp feet for so long we have to take your feet and you can never ride again!

I wish i had a bacon sandwich!

The bacons of which you speak turn out to be that veggie bacon that looks like and is the consistency of an insole. You have no condiments to disguise the bacon fakeness so you have to abandon your inedible sandwich.

You get your bacon sandwich, but you take a bite and choke to death, in it were Fully-sprung's dustcaps, and now one is fatally lodged in your throat, proving that once and for all they will be the death of someone.
