Upgrading to 105 questions

Hi
I'm looking at upgrading my Bianchi Nirone from Sora to 105. I have aquired a pair of Fulcrum 5's with a 10sp cassette (i'm guessing SRAM as it came from a FELT F3) and want to pair that with 105. Will this be as straight forward as I hope or are there some hidden 'gotchas'?
Will a 105 chain be compatible with the cassette and the original FSA chainset, as I don't want to upgrade that?

    sram and shimano chains, cassettes and freehub bodys are all compatible also the spacing on the sram cassette is correct for your 105 shifters.
    The chainset and front mech should be fine although not according to the manufactures.
    one thing to not is that if the cassette is second hand and worn it will strech the new chain very quickly

    Sora 9 speed chainset? I suspect that lot should work well enough together.
