Easton EC70 post advice please.

A long story, :roll: but I cancelled an order due to getting cold feet but it has come anyway - the Easton EC70 carbon seatpost. I got cold feet because this was going to go into my FS Ghost which has a quick release seat clamp - and I do like to adjust the height now and then - but I am to be quiet honest perhaps wrongly scared that the post will snap and obviously not sure with a quick release just how many Nm's of torque I am using. :?

Now its here I keep looking and drooling at it wondering if my fears are justified and maybe should fit after all. :?:

So send back or keep ?
