Well,

My 2002 Trek 4300 is feeling its age. Just got back from a 19 mile tow path trip along the Grand Union Canal from Watford and i broke 2 spokes, i have some serious metal rubbing from the disc brakes on the front, the crank feels loose and when i pull the front break there is movement in the stem.

Time for a service me thinks

Question!
Does anyone know any good MTB shops that can service my beast in Herts/Watford area?
I dont want to take it to Halfords, they dont know their a@%es from their elbows.

If i had the money i would get a new Canyon but alas i just bought a new road bike, will have to wait a year or so and hit the overtime a bit.

  • There used to be a great shop in Rickmansworth High Street - not sure if it's still there?
