RS Tora's leaking rebound damper

I stripped my Tora SL forks for a lower leg lube & noticed that the rebound damper is leaking. Is this repairable?
Sending them to TF Tuned will probably cost more than the forks are worth.

How old are they? If they're under 2 years old return them (if possible) to where you purchased them from as it's a known issue with these forks and they should be repaired under warranty

They are just over a year old. Unfortunately I can't find any reciept, will phone Merlins tomorrow & see if they still have it on my account.
