Would I notice the difference? (Forks)

I currently have Rockshox recon silver solo air turn key forks (120mm).

I have seen Rebas for around the £200 mark second hand and was wondering if they would be worth the upgrade? I don't mind the recons but don't really like them either

NB some OE Rebas had Recon internals.
