integrated headset , what goes where??

anyone point me in the direction of a decent diagram of what goes where on an integrated headset, ive looked for one but cant find what i need.

    7not much to it. crown race, bearing, bearing, top centring wedge/collar, top cover

    some may have some shims/spacers between the top wedge and cover

    Download the headset technical guide from the FSA webby - fill yer boots!
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
