Looking to change the stock pads to Kool Stop Salmons but not 100% which ones will fit.

Do i need the Shimano 105/Ultegra/Dura Ace ones?

...and if your current blocks don't have pad cartridge 'holders' (ie. they're one-piece blocks), then these:

I changed mine to Koolstop blacks a month ago.

You need 105 pads. Just loosen the small locating screw and the pads slide out. Slide in the new pads, do up the screw... Robert is your mother's brother.

Or, do like I did... lose a screw between the planks of the garden decking, go to the LBS for a pair of pad holders, come home with said pad holders and a pair of Ksyrium Elites.
