Whats best screw on freewheel or freebody wth cogs and spacers,many thanks Chris

    So long as it's fitted properly with the correct spacing, i'd go for freehub body. spacers and a cog.

    If you have a half decent cassette wheel already you can get some pretty good value convertors now
