Which New roadie tyres?

Posted this on the 'correct section' of this Forum, but just in case you don't read it I'm going to post it here too!!

'Evening all. My other half has a Specialized Secteur Triple, she has just bought some new Shimano 6700 wheels for it and is looking for a new set of tyres. She cycles 2 or 3 times a week and does a few sportives a year.

Any good suggestions for some not too expensive tyres for use from Feb through till November would be gratefully received.'

    Vittoria Rubino Pro or Continental GP4000.

    You'll find they're both good and, but the GP4000 will probably prove to be the most popular on here.

    Get the Continental GP4000S (note the S) with black chilli compound - not the cheapest but fast and robust.
