BB maintenance question

Hi experts
I have a Pinarello FP3 2009 which has a Most branded BB, which I believe is made by FSA and is Mega Exo?
I have just started to get a little creak with both pedal strokes when I am putting power down. This occurs in or out of the saddle, so I don't think it is seat post, which has been removed and treated with carbon paste. It's not wheels or headset so this leaves the drivetrain.
Chainring bolts have all been removed, cleaned and tightened with copperslip grease, it's not the front derailleur catching, new speedplay pedals tightened after application of copperslip and internally greased with Finish Line Teflon grease.
There is no play in the BB and I am assuming it is a sealed unit? So, what maintenance can I carry out on it? Can it be greased? Is it worth removing/ refitting just to 're-seat' it? Your opinions sought....
Many thanks
PP

I'm no expert but I recently had something very similar happen to me, my 2008 Bianchi (with an FSA Team Issue chainset and BB) developed an indeterminable creak on every pedal stroke, in or out of the saddle, whenever I put it under load; like you I went over everything it could have been and couldn't get rid of the creak. Eventually I took it to my lbs and was told there was some slight play in the non-drive side BB cup, which I didn't detect.
Sorry but I can't actually answer your question as I didn't fix my problem myself but I would suggest double checking the BB cups to ensure there's no play at all. I'm fairly sure my lbs didn't take the cups out, just tightened them slightly. Whatever they did, the creak has gone now and I can cycle without the distraction of trying to work out where the creak is coming from.0 -
First, just try cleaning and regreasing the splines in the crank spindle. If that doesn't solve it, the remove, clean and refit the BB cups in the frame according to the FSA instructions including suitable anti-seize.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Slightly OT - that is a hell of a brand to give to a product line. Try looking up 'Most cycle parts' online and see how far you get.- - - - - - - - - -
