Pedals were the only thing knowingly left off the build.
headset is integrated
i mentioned cables at the bottom
no stem spacers needed
bottle cages are undecided on which ones yet so not on list

BB is part of the crankset
Stem comes with the frame and fork (as listed as the opening line of the first post)

If you're building it yourself then don't forget some decent cable cutters. No doubt you have all the tools though. A decent pair are an absolute godsend and well worth the outlay.

i will not be building this myself not a chance. its going to be a work of art not a work of fart.

chainring nuts and bolts are a very good point, think it does come with them though (if not my shop will have)

I can't remember if the Shimano cassettes come with lockrings?

i should be a tad clearer the wheel, cassette and chain are coming off my current bike possibly as they are relatively new chain and cassette.

but shimano cassettes do come with lockrings

Quicklink to rejoin the chain - shimano usualy come with a pin, which I'm not sure is reusable

Shimano pin's are not reusable, in fact you have to separate the chain in a different place from where you join it the first time or you render the link "duff"

Is the missing item a giant set of legs?! Saying that with a 34/28 you might not need them!

Also did I miss the part where you told us who the frame is made by? Not afraid of judgement I hope?

no you shouldnt fulcrums have sealed rims so no need for rim tape.

no need for BB cups. No need for a BB as its integrated into the crankset.
