Internal Cabling Any Tips?

Need to set up the internal rear brake cable on my Orbea Ora. It runs through the top tube. Any tips on how to do it without tearing what's left of my hair?

Just keep at it the cable appears in the end.

I u pturned the bike and my wife fed the cable in, it came trough first ime typical...

Never heard of that one but it sounds good. Just got to sneek the Dyson out to the shed without the Mrs seeing(I've been banned from touching it! :oops: )

Either that way or use a strong magnet but the cotton thread makes a difficult job a piece of cake.

Twostage

If you haven't already taken the original cable out you can attach the thread to it before you pull it through. Then there will be no Dyson intervention required.

Alas the previous owner decided it would be easier to undo all the cables and just take the tribars off complete leaving the frame bare! :roll:

Done! Managed to get a cable the 'wrong' way through, I then taped the right cable inline with the other and passed it back through!





Had to do it again though 'cos I forgot to put a nipple thingy on that end :oops:
