Hi i am about to venture into building my own race specific triathlon bike that will also be used for some TT races.
I am 178cm tall with a 33" inside leg (crotch to floor)
What crank would you recommend and what length?

PS 172.5mm should do but a bike fit is once of the best investments you can make too0
