Mavic ksyrium SL play?

Hi

I have some play in the rear wheel of my ksyriums, about 5mm towards the hub. I tried tightening it (and snapped two of the pins off the tool in the process) while in the frame with the hub tool as the manual says (from the dealer site). Howwever, it hasn't fixed it - any ideas?
