After thinking about getting some new pedals and shoes for ages, iv just seen these

and wondered if anyone had any experience with them? They seem to have good reviews, im using shimano M540's at the min, are the Times worth the extra money or should I just stick with shimano?
Also does anyone know the difference between the Roc Atac and the ones in the link? Times website isnt the best.
