Cycle too and from work (17 miles each way) five days a week.
Spin on Tuesdays.
Swim 1km on Mon, Wed and Fri.
Go for a run on Sunday, between 10km and 20km.
Occasionally I'll do a quick 5-10km in an evening mid week, but it's rare.Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX
Race - Fuji Norcom Straight
Sun - Cervelo R3
Winter / Commute - Dolan ADX0 -
A guy at work tells me I should try triathlons, he sometimes does ironmans. I ride to work and bacck 4-5 days per week (total 12 miles per day), I often run to work and back 1 day per week (12 miles). Then I usually ride with the cycle club at weekends... 50-80 miles. Gym 3x per week. The only thing I don't do is swim.... Need to worrk out how to integrate that into the schedule!Do not write below this line. Office use only.0

cycle commute 5days a week, 11+ miles each way
Mon, Wed, Fri: swim AM
Tue, Thu: run PM
Sat, Sun: one long run, one long ride, swim with my baby daughter (that's not training really)
Cycling commute: dunno if counts as training, but it's just my way to commute.
Swim: I wish I could swim P, but it would be 9-10:30 no good for family schedule.
Run: I wish I could run AM but Achille Tendon would not like it.0 -
Thanks for sharing guys, looking forward to adding some running to my commute this week.
Headhuunter, can't recomend it yet but sounds like you've got it all covered except the odd swim. Do envy that you manage all that and still make the gym 3x per week! My routines given way to swimming.0 -
I need to sort out swimming too.
Tend to cycle in 4 days and run 1, and gym a few times before work. It's only a short ride (7 miles) so not too bad cycling in them gym before work.0 -

When do you fit in beer? It's an important training aid to some of us...--

Most evenings, hence I now weigh 72kg instead of 65. I'm even partial to the odd cigar...Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX
