I have a carbon seat post and am wondering what the ideal torque setting is for the seat post clamp so as not to damage the seat post?
I use the carbon grease thats recommended. Neither the clamp of the carbon post has max torque setting in the instructions :(

the clamp will have a torque that relates to the thred size on the bolt and the material of the thres if it is not a Qr clamp.

seat posts dont have a setting as they dont have threads. but it should not move.

    dont worry about it.
