I have a carbon seat post and am wondering what the ideal torque setting is for the seat post clamp so as not to damage the seat post?
I use the carbon grease thats recommended. Neither the clamp of the carbon post has max torque setting in the instructions

the clamp will have a torque that relates to the thred size on the bolt and the material of the thres if it is not a Qr clamp.
seat posts dont have a setting as they dont have threads. but it should not move.
dont worry about it."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
