SIDI replacement insoles?

Picked up some ERGO's in an almost half price deal. Fit is good but the insoles are like cardboard cut in the shape of an insole. Has anyone got any recommendations on alternative insoles?

The sidi ones are crap. I use a pair from a old £60 pair of spesh shoes, about 5 years old and so much better. Hot spot cushion and good support.0

I use the Specialized Footbed insoles in mine. 100 times more comfortable.0

I'm using some Sole moldable insoles in my Sidis. They seem very good so far.0

Go for Superfeet green and cut to size or E-Soles footbeds - offer great arch support which is invaluable and often overlooked. Steve Hogg from OZ bike fit fame recommmends these and suggests they should feel 'mildly intrusive' properly and give the right support.Kev

I have a set of Spec Red brand new footbeds available (or the + version), as I have a Medium foot. Despie forking out for the S-Works shoes they won't change the footbeds for you.
If you have Specialized concept store near you, you can go in and use the footbed measure they have and it will tell which soles to go for.0 -
I had mouldable footbeds made when I had a bikefit from Cadence Sport. Superb. Individually moulded to each foot.
Failing that, have you looked at something like Sorbothane insoles? I used to swear by them in my old Army boots. A little on the thick side, so be careful if the Sidis are a close fit already...but they are supremely comfortable.

I put a pair of Spesh Footbeds in my Sidi shoes after the first ride/ sore feet and haven't look back since - transformed the shoes for the better.
