Thinking of buying a HT stumpy carbon. Comes with 90mm forks but was wondering what the max I could go to safely would be?

110mm I think, but check with the retailer.

but why would you want to change a light weighty fast handling bike/frame into a slower one?

would a 120mm carbon HT not be a better buy?
