Shutt vr race cape

im just about to pull the trigger on a race cape as I'm after a breathable waterproof jacket but don't want to end up with a flappy jacket. What is the fit like on the race cape im a 36 ish chest with 15 in collar and was going to opt for the medium.

Any advice guys?

    email them and ask or ask on their forum, Shutt VR were very helpful when I asked for sizing help
