Take it back to the shop where you bought it, with your proof of purchase. This is the normal form if you think it should be covered by the warranty.

i hapen to have the secret mavic coadz, so below are details of the uk one for if you get desperate, but go to your dealer first as that is who your contract is with

I think the Orbea warranty covers components for 2 years so it may be worth contacting them.0

I suspect they will call it 'wear and tear' after a year of riding, but it never hurts to ask. Good luck and hope it gets replaced.0
